There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.


To ensure customer satisfaction, Naples Mattress offers a ONE-TIME comfort exchange when you purchase a NEW Mattress Set or a NEW Mattress specifically used on a platform bed. The trial begins the night the mattress is delivered/picked up.

  1. You must keep your mattress a minimum of 21 Nights... Because this is a new sleep system, it will take a minimum of 21 Night to ensure a proper break-in period. Naples Mattress will not accept returns before 21 Nights. No refunds.
  2. Mattress must be in "LIKE NEW" conditions...A waterproof Mattress protector is required. This assures that the mattress will be protected from soiling as well as dust mites.
  3. NO RESTOCKING FEE...The only cost is the retail difference(plus Tax) of the new bedding and a $45 Re-Delivery Fee. If you select a mattress less expensive than the original, there will be no refund or store credit.
